There can be no such thing as justice in any court and there is no justice in the men of the law who dish out years and years of jail day after day.
We are against laws and do not accept the idea that a judge can decide on human lives. Ridiculous epitaphs, such as 'the law is the same for everybody' and 'justice is administered in the name of the people', decorate the macabre places of repressive power to give to abuse and violence a democratic appearance.
Beyond categories of innocence and guilt we are with Willy and Alessio today, sentenced in the COR appeal trial held yesterday in Florence. Alessio and Willy were sentenced to 5 years and 8 months and 3 years and 8 months respectively on appeal, on the basis of accusations related to article 270bis (conspiracy against the State) of the Italian penal code.
With great joy we welcome the return of Francesco Gioia, locked up by 'justice' for two years then acquitted yesterday. Costantino, Betta and Leonardo were also acquitted after spending months in jail followed by other forms of restriction on their freedom, but they are also defendants along with 9 other comrades, in another trial that began on May 2.
We are not so interested in pointing out that our comrades have been acquitted as in highlighting the fact that article 270bis is being used to strike anarchists where there is no evidence against them, as has been confirmed at the appeal trial. Conspiracy only exists in the minds of the inquisitors, but unfortunately in reality it means years of jail.
